Raizlabs Corporation is the owner and operator of a software product and service called PicMe Photo Sharing. This service is provided subject to the following conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions please do not use the PicMe software and service.

PicMe services and subscriptions

PicMe allows you to store and share photos on the PicMe photo sharing service. You are allowed to store a limited number of photos on the PicMe service for free. You are allowed to retrieve and view photos that have been shared to you for free as well. If you choose to store additional photos or if you would like to store higher quality photos beyond the free allotment you must purchase the PicMe annual subscription.

By subscribing to PicMe, you agree to pay all charges to your account in accordance with your selected service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a yearly basis.

Raizlabs reserves the right to modify service levels, fees, trial periods, promotions, discounts. Raizlabs will make an effort to notify existing members of material changes.

Cancelation

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Simply contact us at support@raizlabs.com. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase you can request a refund. If your credit card information changes to prevent us from renewing your subscription you will have a 30 day grace period to update your billing. If the billing is not updated within this time your account will be canceled and your service will be downgraded. When your service is downgraded or canceled your photos may be removed from the PicMe service.

Your account can be canceled by Raizlabs at any time for failure to abide by terms of service, abuse or disruption to the service, or any other reason at the sole discretion of Raizlabs.

If your account is canceled by Raizlabs you will not receive a refund for any subscription fees and you will be liable for other damage and fees incurred by your actions.

Content Restrictions

PicMe is a family friendly photo service and it is against our terms of service to upload, share or distribute adult content, illegal content or copyrighted content without the consent of the copyright holder. Any content that would be considered rated R, explicit or pornographic is not appropriate for use with the PicMe service.

Raizlabs reserves the right to delete images or cancel the account of users who violate this policy.

Privacy

Raizlabs will store your account information for billing and contact purposes on a secure server. Your photos will be stored on a separate server operated by Raizlabs or a partner company. Photos will be protected with secure electronic keys and encryption. Raizlabs may make updates to our software and services to further protect your photos and your privacy. The content of your photos may be processed by a computer for facial recognition, detection of content or extraction of additional meta-data. Information collected will remain private and may be used by Raizlabs to further enhance our services.

Certain add-on services, plug-ins or third-party tools that work with our service may have access to some your private data. Please use caution when installing third-party add-ons.

RAIZLABS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE/SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
